The PC World Elite Mastercard is the premium no-annual-fee card in the PC Financial lineup and requires a minimum annual income of $80,000 personal or $150,000 household, generally targeting applicants with strong credit profiles and established borrowing history.
ClearFin estimate on Canada's 300–900 scale. This is not an issuer cutoff or approval guarantee; lenders may use different bureau scores and underwriting criteria. PC Financial does not publish a minimum credit score requirement. Approval is based on factors including income, credit history, debt obligations, payment history, and overall creditworthiness. Meeting the income requirement alone does not guarantee approval.
Reward limits: PC Financial does not impose annual or monthly spending caps on the PC World Elite Mastercard earn structure. Cardholders earn 30 PC Optimum points per $1 spent at participating Loblaw banner grocery stores and Joe Fresh, 45 points per $1 spent at Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix, at least 30 points per litre at Esso and Mobil stations, and 10 points per $1 spent everywhere else. The issuer explicitly states there are no limits on earning PC Optimum points.
